The 5k course is in Gloucester park, located off Park Road in the Westgate ward of the city centre of Gloucester. A flat, three-lap run around the perimeter of the park with a short extra loop to the finish. It's you against the clock.

Visitors and residents in Cheltenham can now learn to fly on a trapeze with All Bars Flying Trapeze Club. It will be in the Swindon Village Playing Field in Cheltenham over August.
