Skillspace Networking - Jack Henry, DF Legal: How to chase bad debts effectively.

The basis of the talk is to provide clear and accurate advice on the options that individuals and companies face with met with unpaid invoices. The talk will discuss the major possible options available when faced with such a position and what are the risks and rewards of each of these.
Jack was educated at Crypt Grammar School in Gloucestershire before completing a degree in Modern History and Politics at Cardiff University. Jack underwent his law conversion course with the University of the West of England before undertaking his Barrister training at Cardiff University.
Jack undertook pupillage with College Chambers in April 2016 but prior to commencing pupillage, Jack worked at two solicitor firms, initially in a commercial environment, before moving into family and civil law. Jack was also the joint founder and director of his own successful legal services business, helping both professional and lay clients.
In addition to this Jack is proud to have undertaken a range of Pro Bono work for the Citizens Advice Bureau and the Welsh Rugby Union.
Jack has regularly appeared at courts throughout the South West and Midlands. Whether handling sensitive details of employment or family cases, Jack has strong advocacy skills and is able to get to the root of the legal issues before him.
