Cheltenham-based recruitment firm, Adjacency Recruitment Group, are delighted to announce a merger with Grays Search and Selection, with their senior ‘headhunting’ brand, Adjacency Executive Search. Grays is a London based headhunting firm with over 10 years of operation. Since forming in 2013, Adjacency has built a team of industry-specialist consultants. The merger adds significant weight to the business that has already successfully placed the operational leaders and their teams in prominent regional and global businesses, spanning a diverse range of industry sectors.

Grays Search & Selection will now operate under the recently rebranded Adjacency Executive Search brand, with acclaimed industry veteran, Grays owner Simon Bell, taking the helm as Managing Partner.
