Sick of unlocking your phone and constantly feeling the need to check the Facebook app to see what everyone is doing? Why not take a break from social media this 2019. Multiple apps are available for preventing overuse of social media such as the 'Moment' app which tracks the usage of your phone or the 'Flipd' app which locks your phone for the period of time you set it to.
Whilst locked out of your phone, why not fill your free time with an exciting new hobby by taking a class with New Brewery Arts such as photography, drawing, sculpture, and textile classes.
6. Go Eco-Friendly this 2019, Cheltenham
Why not dive into the New Year by helping the environment, and begin shopping in Food Loose, a plastic-free shop that supplies a range of organic and fair-traded dried goods such as beans, seeds, and nuts alongside refillable cleaning products and personal hygiene products!
