National Pool Lifeguard Qualification

Sandford Parks Lido is an IQL Approved Training Centre for lifeguard training including the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) which all pool staff must undertake to work at the facility. Throughout the season the lido hosts a number of NPLQ training courses. These are typically a week of training with an assessment at the end. May 2019:

17th (1700-2100), 18th (0900-1700),19th (1300-2000) + 24th (1700-2100), 25th (0900-1700), 26th (1300-2000).

This course completed over two weekends, so is perfect for those who are at work or school during the week.

June 2019:

23rd June - 28th June 2019 (0900-1700)

August 2019:

25th to the 30th August 2019 (0900-1700)
