Is Your Practice Sleepwalking into CQC Failure?

15 September 2018

Time: 08:30–16:00pm

Many dental practices are failing their CQC inspections mainly within the ‘Well-led’ key line of enquiry (KLOE). This can have a direct impact on safety issues. The CQC state that 'There is a demonstrable link between leadership, culture and the delivery of safe, high quality care'. In view of this, the main focus in 2018/19 within the CQC inspection regime are the well-led and safe KLOE's.

This day course introduces you to the hard and soft skills required to gain commitment and accountability from your team and achieve the fine detail that CQC now expect to see within your quality assurance systems.
