CFA Yogashala - Yoga and Meditation Classes
There are now three classes running a week at Cheltenham School of Fine Art suitable for all levels of ability. These classes are based on Dru yoga which is a therapeutic and mindful style of yoga that incorporates sequences and postures, breathing exercises and meditation exercises. Classes are organised to:
- Stretch, strengthen and tone with flowing movements
- Improve your posture and increase vitality
- Work with back pain and provide stress relief
- Improve self-confidence and focus
- Promote peace, inner harmony and deep relaxation; and
- Include variations suitable for all levels and ability.

Wednesday evening 6:30 - 8pm, £35 for a block of 5 or £8 drop-in
