Whether you want to improve your general fitness, manage an old injury or straighten up your posture, this focused class led by experienced Pilates practitioner Lizzie Quaile is a great way to fortify the whole body. Lizzie teaches a practice of contained and simple exercises which help to improve strength, flexibility and balance as well as developing consistent, correct postural movements which will challenge your core strength and sharpen your concentration. Please bring along a thick exercise mat to each session.
