In this session we will talk about the importance of having a marketing plan. You will learn all the factors you need to consider, from understanding your customers, your competitors and your marketplace to determining what marketing methods will work for you... and leave with a one-page template to guide your future activity.

Luan Wise runs a successful marketing consultancy, providing marketing advice, practical hands-on support, and training. She is also a published author, instructor for Lynda.com, LinkedIn’s online learning company and a Facebook accredited social media trainer.

GDPR Compliance with Antonia Noble

Antonia of Carter Noble Independent Safeguarding, will give an overview of the new General Data Protection Regulation and will also outline what steps you should take now in order to be ready for the new law that comes into force on 25th May 2018.  GDPR affects all businesses which store personal information, even if it’s just email addresses.

Antonia Noble is a practising barrister, specialising mostly in criminal law but also undertaking general civil law including data privacy.

Social media is an effective marketing channel for business, supporting awareness, lead generation, customer service, and recruitment objectives to name a few. This course is aimed at anyone who knows that they want to use social media for their business, but needs a better of understanding of the why, what and some how-to.
