For the third year Arts in The Marches are delighted to be working in collaboration with Taurus Crafts on a “Summer of Sculpture”. ‘In 2015 we established our first joint sculpture exhibitions, featuring the work of sculptors from Herefordshire, Worcestershire and the Welsh Borders. In 2017 we are pleased to confirm that a number of new and innovative artists are joining a few of the favourites from previous years. The exhibition is sure to include something for everyone.’ Frances Warren, Arts in the Marches.
Simon Probyn, Simon Meiklejohn and Peter King are all well-established artist blacksmiths whose work is admired nationally, they will be exhibiting some of their smaller items as well as the larger pieces for which they are known. Sarah D’Arcy will be showing a range of her delightful garden creatures, Annabel Neilson brings her recycled Tinkan designs, bugs and creatures made from cans, and Clifford Johnson has some stunning steampunk items for the home.
