Marilyn Hill Smith has sung principal roles with all the major British opera companies and her work encompasses a wide repertoire from early French opera at the Palais de Versailles, Gilbert & Sullivan at the Hollywood Bowl, Sondheim at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane and concert, opera and oratorio throughout Europe. She won rave reviews as the Mother Abbess in Andrew Lloyd Webber's recent West End production of The Sound of Music and is a particular favourite with listeners of BBC Radio 2's Friday Night is Music Night, having starred in a record-breaking 105 broadcasts!

Adam Daye has appeared in theatre and cabaret with Victoria Wood, Danny La Rue, Frankie Howerd, Bob Monkhouse and Ken Dodd, including being Doddy's "voice man" for BBC Radio 2's Ken Dodd's Palace of Laughter. He recently played two leading roles in a new musical, Let's Hear it for the Wee Man, written by and starring Jimmy Cricket, and has appeared in over 35 pantos - usually playing the Dame.
