messy play

Let your kids squeeze, stir, splash and squelch various substances including food, soil and foam as we are being joined by Karina from Messy Kingdom. Karina will be running Messy Play sessions for babies and children up to school age and sessions will last for 45 minutes.

Messy Play is a fantastic way to help develop your child’s cognitive and creative abilities. There are many other benefits to Messy Play, including improving concentration, enhancing hand-eye co-ordination and it helps children to make their own decisions, as they are given the freedom to explore on their own. Best of all, you can leave the clearing up to us!

Once the session is finished, there will be a bucket of water for a quick and easy clean off. We would recommend that you bring a change of clothes and a towel. We would also advise that both children and parents wear old clothes, as the materials may mark and stain clothing.

You are then welcome to make use of the Farm Park facilities at no extra charge. There’s plenty of activities to entertain little kids, including Dolly’s indoor playpen, our bouncing pillows and Tractor School. They can also cuddle our fluffy bunnies and hold our adorable chicks.

Tickets for Messy Play must be booked online in advance for all visitors (including members although these tickets are free) and please note babies are charged for this event. Adults are charged at the ‘Saver Weekday’ rate. Please also email if your child has any allergies.

We suggest arriving 15 minutes before the session start time.  You are welcome to make the most of the play areas whilst you wait.

If you book a member ticket and you are unable to make the session please let us know as soon as possible by emailing or by calling us on 01451 850 307. If there is no availability for the session you would like to attend, please email us and we can let you know of any cancellations.
