Enjoy a complete and relaxing class learning exercises from various qi gong sets including Dragon and Tiger, Tai Chi Circling Hands, Energy Gates and Wu Style Tai Chi. Learning a qi gong set is one of the best things you can do for your health – recent studies have shown that qi gong and tai chi is equally as beneficial as a more vigorous exercise class. This class will equip you with all the knowledge you need to develop a regular practice at home, with all the benefits that brings.
