Our Deep Slow Flow class is a gentle, nourishing practice which focuses on co-ordinating breath and movement while balancing effortful postures. Here is your opportunity to deeply relax and let go. Laurence Elliot from Yogasara is an experienced teacher who combines aspects of many different styles of yoga to help increase strength and mobility whilst learning to engage the breath in order to calm the mind and body. Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own.
