If you were unable to come to the performance earlier this year of this wonderful play by one of our volunteers, BAFTA-nominated playwright Carolyn S. Jones, or would like to see it again, now's your chance!  The play will be performed at the Imperial Hotel, Station Road, Stroud GL5 3AP on Friday 13th Sept at 6.30pm, Saturday 14th Sept at 3.30pm and Sunday 15th Sept at 8pm.

Clara von Holst and Isabella Beeton emerge from the shadows to reveal their secret lives.  The play features an imagined conversation between Clara (mother of Gustav Holst) and Mrs Beeton, famed for her household management books.  A funny, moving and intimate portrait of the lives of these two ordinary yet extraordinary women – not to be missed!  Directed by Marianne Gaston & featuring Emma Wilkes and Emmeline Braefield.

Tickets are available at the venue and online (on link below) from the Stroud Theatre Festival website.
