I am a mature (though very young at heart) lady living in the Springbank area of Cheltenham, GL51 0LP. I offer a fast, friendly and flexible service that I frequently tailor (excuse the pun) to meet people's needs. Over time I have gained a lot of experience and now know almost as soon as seeing an item whether the work requested is feasible or not and if it is exactly how I shall go about it.

 

 

By the same token if I don't feel the request is workable, then I am honest and say so at the start. This has gained me the respect and trust of people and eliminates the potential for predictable things to go wrong ...

Portraying an air of knowledge and confidence is vital in order to reassure people and I know it's what puts my mind at rest when I seek the services of a professional.

No matter what I do, I pride myself on paying great attention to detail and stick firmly to the belief that only my very best is good enough.

I work on an appointment system and take calls from 9.30am-6pm Mondays to Fridays and 9.30am-1pm on Saturdays..
