Atelier 19 is not your normal bridal or clothing store. Award-winning designer and embroider Jan Knibbs creates bold, colourful and one of a kind clothing that makes a statement every time it’s worn. While Jan runs her small store and workspace Atelier 19, a lot of her work comes from bespoke dressmaking and embroidery for clients looking to break the norm. With her most detailed piece taking around 300 hours, immense care and love is put into all that Jan creates. “I get upset when I’ve finished one, I love embroidering and I can’t way to start another one!”
