Tivoli Wines is a drinks store with a large variety of wines, spirits, liqueurs, and non-alcoholic beverages. They pride themselves in stocking wines and spirits that you “may not find in many other places” run by welcoming and knowledgeable people. David and Helen Dodd have run the business since 2016 and converted the upstairs space into a one of a kind for Cheltenham, the Wine Library. The Library is a place to relax, socialise and try wines Calum Chance, Tivoli Wines feels “they may not have the opportunity to elsewhere, or try things that cast a bit more than they may not want to take a chance on.
