PUTTING THE SMOOTH INTO MOTHER’S DAY: SUSTAINABLE SHOP HOSTS JAZZ EVENT FOR MOTHER’S DAY.

Tetbury’s renewable shop, Refillable, has announced it is hosting a special event with the jazz and relaxing vibes this Mother’s Day.
The Mother’s Day event is a “Sips, Sweets, and Jazzy Notes” evening at Verdure Bistro at Refillable in Tetbury on Sunday 30th March. The afternoon will be filled with music, indulgence, and relaxation in celebration of mothers, grandmothers and anyone who fulfils a ‘mothering’ role.
The event will also feature music provided by local saxophonist and Refillable team member, Ted Osmand, will be creating the calm ambiance for the afternoon whilst attendees mingle and have vegan appetisers.
Stamena Dimitrova, owner of Refillable, commented: “We are incredibly excited for our Mother’s Day event. The Bistro is the most amazing venue and a perfect opportunity for mellow entertainment to celebrate anyone with a mothering role.
“As a mother myself, this is probably one of the best experiences I have had. My team have been putting an impressive event together which acknowledges mothers and their dedication and commitment to the next generation.”
The event will involve locally sourced savoury and sweet treats sourced as far as possible by local venders and a complementary juice made by Refillable.
“Music says it all. Music and food in combination to express to our customers their love and appreciation for their mums. It will be a relaxed and special time.”

Refillable offers over 1,500 single-use plastic-free, locally sourced (where possible) sustainable items in its Tetbury and Bath stores. The focus is to be plastic-negative, which means subtracting and reducing single-use plastic as much as possible.
