VIRTUAL NETWORKING USING ZOOM - Networking in Cheltenham at  #CheltNetworking

 

 

We are prompt with the timings and you can pop in and out at any time.
All welcome to join us and as it is virtual, you can come from anywhere (people do!)

What you can expect is:

• 30 seconds of fame - where you can tell us what you do or about your week
• A 10 minute "Hot Slot" with a local business person on a topic of interest
• A 10 minute one-to-one with another member of the group - randomly assigned - a great way to get to know someone better
• An "After Party" where you can stay on and discuss any topics with anyone else who wants to stay after noon

It is the holy grail for many of us, yet very few of us believe we can have it let alone get close to achieving it.

I am talking about 'Work Life Balance' - the ideal way of working and living where everything seems to run in harmony rather than us rushing around feeling stressed, coping with deadlines, demands from all areas and feeling exhausted because of all of this.

I'm Kate - a career expert, burnout survivor and now on a mission to make work better by enabling you to own your working week, regain control, build your resilience and create the right balance for you, your business and your life.

In this talk we will look at how you can prioritise to optimise your time rather than be managed by your to do list, we'll learn to set and stick to boundaries with our work as well discover how to say no and mean it!
