We are prompt with the timings and you can pop in and out at any time.
All welcome to join us and as it is virtual, you can come from anywhere (people do!)

What you can expect is:

• 30 seconds of fame - where you can tell us what you do or about your week
• A 10 minute "Hot Slot" with a local business person on a topic of interest
• A 10 minute one-to-one with another member of the group - randomly assigned - a great way to get to know someone better
• An "After Party" where you can stay on and discuss any topics with anyone else who wants to stay after noon

 

This week's talk is by Sarah Cross on Why Write a Book For Your Business?

Sarah is a personal style expert, wardrobe management extraordinaire, no.1 best-selling author, and founder of MYVOS® aka My Very Own Stylist. Her mission is to elevate your mood, well-being and confidence just by opening your Wardrobe door.

Sarah’s methods include, ‘Level-Dressing’, ’15 Item 100+ Outfit Formula’, and clever garment alterations that turn standard off-the-peg size garments into real body-shape clothing.

Her professional love affair with clothing began as a designer before becoming the lead Fashion & Clothing Lecturer at Gloucestershire College UK. Later adding Personal Colour Analysis to her repertoire, she was awarded ‘Best Image Consultant New Comer’ by CBM International. In 2019, Sarah won funding for her innovation in sustainable wardrobe editing services and her teachings in sourcing high-quality clothing at budget-conscious prices.

A regular on local BBC radio channels and Author of ‘2nd SKIN, How to Manage your Clothes & Be Stylish for a Lifetime’, Sarah has helped hundreds of women to use the power of clothes for well-being.
