The slow movements can be viewed as ‘meditation in motion’; improving your overall health and wellbeing.  You can get started at any time, it can be done standing or sitting, movements are adapted to suit you.

Bonsai Chi is perfect for those who want a gentler, relaxed class.  Going at your own pace, you exercise with your body’s natural lines, listening to your body not challenging it.  If you want to ramp it up then you’re able to or slow it down, whichever you want.
