Introduction to Sashiko Stitching

Venue: The Folk of Gloucester, 99-103 Westgate Street

A three-week short introductory course using practical Maths to create textile artworks using a traditional Japanese stitching technique. Suitable for beginners.

Enjoy the slow, meditative process of designing and forming a pattern one stitch at a time. This technique is perfect for those who want to relax while learning new skills. No previous experience necessary.
