Venue: Discover DeCrypt (St Mary de Crypt Church, Southgate Street)

 GLOW Festival starts THIS FRIDAY 

We are counting down to the start of GLOW Festival 2023, this Friday 23rd June.

We begin with a very special event in Discover DeCrypt (St Mary de Crypt) at 1pm. Prayers for the City in Refugee Week will be held, with music from Gaudeamus.

Do join us for this special service.

Then on Friday evening there is a reception from 6pm, in Discover DeCrypt.

Come and have a drink and some nibbles in the school room, listen to a short performance from Creative Field musicians at approximately 6.30pm in the church, and let us tell you about our exciting plans for the future and our forthcoming patron scheme.

Saturday starts at the slightly later than previously advertised time of 11.30am, with a recital from singers Sebastian and Vicki Field and pianist Gina Kruger, kindly sponsored by the Ivor Gurney Society.

Then on Sunday there’s free musical yoga at 9am in Discover DeCrypt, with Dr Julia Frearson and Danny Hammond. Booking is essential for this event only, via an email to creativefield17@gmail.com.

The Festival culminates in a choral extravaganza on Sunday night at 6pm, with three choirs including Bellevue Christian School Choir (Washington State, USA).
