Giuseppe's passion for savoury bakes is no secret, and he has crammed his favourites in this inspiring class, packed with flavours to suit every palate.

You will learn how to make the focaccia that got Giuseppe his very first Hollywood handshake. You will be making some traditional piadine, a flatbread from Emilia Romagna, and Cecina, a chickpea flour flatbread ubiquitous in Tuscany and Liguria. You will then dive into the masterpiece of Giuseppe's hometown: tiella, a stuffed savoury pie that has fed generations of fishermen and land workers in Gaeta, and that has now become the most coveted and sophisticated family meal.
