As a certified Alexander Technique teacher and pain recovery coach, I help people reconnect their minds and bodies to move beyond the bit that hurts.

In this half-day workshop (limited to 10 people), we’ll work together to let go of unconstructive patterns of thought and movement so you can move through life with greater ease and less pain.
