A relaxed, no fuss yoga class for men only, all abilities welcome.

Build strength and mobility, and cultivate a quieter mind.

 

This series of classes is the first time I have taught a class at Stroud Brewery, and I'm really looking forward to it. It's a great venue, and of course there is the optional opportunity for refreshments afterwards.
