As children are developing their sense of self and beginning to understand the people in the communities and world around them it is our job to help them to do this positively. This webinar will provide a foundation to help attendees understand the wider structural and systemic effects of racism , its impact on children and families and why racial literacy, educators positionality and their social identity is a key part of embedding an anti-racist approach throughout all elements of early years practice.
