Marvellous and Meaningful Maths in the Early Years

Course Aim: To help you to explore the Educational Programme for Maths in the Early Years.

Course Information: During the session we will:

• Explore the educational programme for mathematics
• Consider what knowledge and skills you want children to learn (your intent)
• Explore how you can include opportunities for children to learn about maths into everyday routines
• Consider the mathematical opportunities in your continuous provision
• Explore some opportunities for learning maths outdoors 

Suitable For: All Early Years Practitioners

Delivered by: Sue Asquith, an award winning, freelance trainer and published author with over 26 years of experience in working in the early  years sector including working as a registered childminder, working in affiliation with her local children's centres, working on DfE funded projects, assessing and writing and delivering training throughout the UK and internationally.

• Please note zoom/teams invitations will be sent out 24 hours before the course/meeting starts. We are unable to send out zoom/teams invitations until your invoice has been settled. 
• Payment is required within 7 days of the invoice date or 24 hours before a course/meeting starts (whichever is sooner). If payment cannot be made within this timeframe then please email training@pataglos.org.uk to agree an extension to your payment deadline, otherwise, your place on the course may be cancelled.
