Safer Eating (EYFS Reforms)

In April 2024 the DfE consulted about changes to the EYFS safeguarding and welfare requirements and subsequently published their response in October. This session is ideal for anyone working in an Early Years setting in England. We will explore the Safer Eating/Food and Drink facility requirements covered by the DfE's Safeguarding Reforms (2024) consultation to help you prepare for their implementation from September 2025.

Suitable for: All Early Years Practitioners

Delivered by: Sue Asquith, an award winning, freelance trainer and published author with over 26 years of experience in working in the early  years sector including working as a registered childminder, working in affiliation with her local children's centres, working on DfE funded projects, assessing and writing and delivering training throughout the UK and internationally.

• Please note zoom/teams invitations will be sent out 24 hours before the course/meeting starts. We are unable to send out zoom/teams invitations until your invoice has been settled. 
• Payment is required within 7 days of the invoice date or 24 hours before a course/meeting starts (whichever is sooner). If payment cannot be made within this timeframe then please email training@pataglos.org.uk to agree an extension to your payment deadline, otherwise, your place on the course may be cancelled.
